Support Analyst

MPI Europe, a growing niche consultancy serving the financial sector, requires a full-time analyst to join our application implementation and support team. The role is initially to provide application support to users of specialist financial applications across Europe via telephone and email. Training will be provided and the range and level of responsibility of tasks undertaken will develop depending on your skills and experience. The role will be based in our Hampshire office with occasional travel to London to visit clients. The role will pay a base salary of between £18,000 and £20,000 (dependent on relevant skills) with the potential for a discretionary performance related bonus.

The successful applicant will need to be numerate, computer literate have a good customer facing/telephone manner, be adaptable and keen as there is strong potential to develop this role as well as play an active part in the wider operations of this growing firm. Previous software/support and financial sector experience would be an advantage.
